Lydia Celorio Martin is a strategic advisor and speaker who works at the intersection of leadership behavior, organizational alignment, and business performance. With more than two decades of enterprise experience partnering with senior leaders, she helps organizations move beyond surface-level talent conversations to address the systemic dynamics that shape execution.
Known for her candor and clarity, Lydia challenges executive teams to examine how their decisions, communication, and structures influence accountability and results. She does not offer generic solutions. Instead, she works alongside leaders to realign strategy, talent, and organizational design so performance accelerates rather than stalls.
Throughout her career, Lydia has partnered with respected organizations including Boeing, Enterprise, and Bunzl, advising leaders during periods of growth, change, and complexity. Clients seek her out for her direct style, disciplined thinking, and ability to surface what others may avoid but everyone feels.
At the core of her work is a simple conviction: when leadership behavior and organizational systems are aligned, execution becomes clearer, culture strengthens, and results follow.

Lydia holds a master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and recently completed the Chief Human Resources Officer certification program through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
When she is not advising clients or speaking, Lydia enjoys traveling with her husband and walking their two dogs along the Tampa Bay waterfront, where they live.
